"Nothing says summer better than a Thai curry - and our version of the classic coconut red curry is packed with rich flavours and textures. My favourite way to have it is with our pan-fried sea bream - a delicate fillet layered on top of lots of daikon, carrot and squash, topped with crunchy peanuts, spring onions and coriander. So good!"
