Since Chris Ammermann, Laura Harper-Hinton and Miles Kirby launched their first Antipodean-inspired restaurant and coffee roastery in 2010 on Exmouth Market, Caravan has gone from strength to strength - from opening a statement site in Granary Square to now operating seven Caravan sites in London, the newly-opened Caravan Manchester and Vardo in Chelsea.
The music collection for Caravan - a collaboration with co-founder Laura - is eclectic, reflecting a diverse clientele and the fact that their sites are all-day dining affairs. Feel-good selections from across the globe, disco-leaning sounds, world music grooves, soul from across the decades and carefully-selected reggae might be heard by guests.
