We have created and manage the music collections for one of Australia's most respected restaurant operators, Fink Group - with venues including Quay, Bennelong and Otto - boasting some of the country's most enviable locations. Here's a closer look at what we've been working on.

Quay

‍Quay has been named Good Food Guide's top rated restaurant in 2004 and has held three hats (Australia's equivalent of a Michelin Star) for 22 years.

We've created a collection that delves into jazz - both vocal and instrumental - and thoughtfully-selected classical pieces to accompany chef Peter Gilmore's precise cooking, as well as the unparalleled views of Sydney Harbour.

Bennelong

Situated at the Sydney Opera House, Fink's Bennelong is arguably one of the most striking restaurant spaces in the world.

Jazz and early soul with an emphasis on piano was the angle chosen for this incredible space, with warm tones picked to work well in the striking but cathedral-like architecture of the world famous building.

Otto

‍Otto continues to lead the way in refined yet simple Italian fine dining.

‍

Two sites - in Sydney and Brisbane - offer an approachable yet glamorous experience: something Playlister wanted to evoke in the music, with cosy modern and vintage Italian sounds, 1960s bossa nova from Europe and Latin America, instrumental and vocal jazz and soundtrack cuts. Also in Brisbane is Otto Osteria, which has a collection encompassing atmospheric poolside vibes.
