Playlister has curated and manages the music collections for Virgin Hotels globally, including their New York, London, Chicago, Dallas, Edinburgh, New Orleans and Nashville hotels.
Each hotel requires bespoke collections speaking to the heritage of its location, its music cultures and its people. Chicago sees modern soul and blues with some well-selected hip hop; while in Shoreditch, electronic-leaning soul and approachable, funk-driven pop play throughout communal spaces, and its restaurant Bibo picks up the energy with disco cuts and eclectic global sounds.
